YOU WRITE THE STORY!!

Something different today – no story from me.

When you see this image, does it make you wonder?  Give me your ideas as to what you think they may be talking about – dreaming about – planning…

Let the story begin!  Who will start?

  1. You see my dear as vast as the ocean may seem, and as big as the world appears to be, we are but a speck, a mere cosmic grain of dust.

  5. You WOULD say something about the birds, huh, Bob?? 🙂 I think they’re sitting there – contemplating whether or not they really want to return to their life!

  6. Well, I think that they wanted to walk on the beach after the pigeons left, because about a half mile away there is a cabana where a guy is selling great margaritas. There is a little reggae band there playing a samba, too. The plot thickens. 🙂

  7. I agree, Holly! Maybe something like, “As we sit here it seems like all of reality fades away!” Thanks for continuing the saga! Great job!

  9. “Well, I guess we should really be heading to the airport to catch our flight back home, dear.”
“Aw, Dad, do we have to? I’m really enjoying being out in the sunshine in DECEMBER wearing shortsleeves! Back home in Massachusetts I’d have to be wearing about 5 layers of clothing to be sitting at the beach.”
“If only we could extend our vacation just a little longer.. but it is nearly Christmas, and we have to get home.”

By the way, how do you upload your pictures so with a click you can see them larger?

  15. Hi, Sahlah. I like the sense of adventure and even danger added by this comment! great job! Thank you for stopping by and sharing!

I have learned that when I copy and paste an image into my blog post, it will not enlarge. But when I use the WordPress upload icon, the image always enlarges when clicked. It’s always worked that way for me. Does anyone else have any suggestions about this?

  16. From the comments above, I guess I will just have to sit here in the cabana and drink these margaritas myself. Along with listening to Xavier Cugat’s band. You see, I mis-understood the picture. I didn’t look close and I thought it was a skinny lady with her boyfriend. So here I am alone, set ’em up Joe………

  18. I spoke briefly with these two people before I started shooting them. I actually took them to be a couple, like you Bob! I don’t know if they’re married or not. But it seemed they were in love. I still like you’re story line – it’s romantic! And, sounds like a great way to spend a beautiful day at the beach.
