UH-OH!
And you thought your Christmas haircut was bad!
I know, I know. This is a premier cut for a show poodle, which this is. I snapped this shot a few weeks ago while in Long Beach. The poodle was taking a short break from the Eukanuba National Championship.
So which would you rather see – a dog in clothes, or a dog with an exotic cut?
Cute put a smile on my face…Thanks for the photo inspiration…..

Oh! Poor little puppy! I’ll take a dog in clothes anytime over a haircut like that! Think how long this little dog had to stand to be groom into this silly haircut.

Oh!! Poor thing!! I’d rather see the dog in clothes than be stuck with that horrendous cut!!

We grew up with poodles – never with show cuts though – just the puppy cut or the sport cut. Our apricot poodle came from the groomer once, stunning and promptly rolled in a slushy snow puddle. I guess he didn’t think much of the experience!

I think she’s cute to look at, but not very practical. Makes me think of the clothes runway models wear–no one actually dresses like that, but it’s fun to imagine every now and then. I love the colours in this picture.

I would rather see a cat (yes, I am a cat person) but, give your choices…I would say the hair cut! 😛

HAHA! I don’t know which I would prefer, Miss Betty! But, I did have to smile when I saw this dog. But, I’m sure a cut like this one takes a lot of care! Thanks for stopping by.

We had a poodle once. It was mostly just a puff ball, Dawn! 🙂
I’m glad you dropped in today! Have a wonderful Christmas!

Hi Heather. You are so right! I see those models and think, surely no one would ever wear that!!??! I’m guessing this cut is very expensive and difficult to maintain, though. So glad you dropped by today! Merry Christmas!

Oh my goodness. I’m not so sure about whatever is going on on the top of her head. Haha. She doesn’t appear to be too upset about it though. I think I prefer dog clothes instead – at least those can be removed.

Both sound pretty awful, but it would be hard to get more awful than this ridiculous haircut! So I’d probably go for the clothes!
Great photo and hilarious post!

Another vote for the clothes, Kai! It is funny to watch people and their pets, though. You see a lot of people with their pets here – it can be pretty hilarious! Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a wonderful holiday, too!

I know! I watched both the dog and the owner for a while before I snapped this shot, Kelly. They were pretty funny together – almost like people. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Anyway, thanks for your comment! Oh yeah, quite a difference from your bulldog – right? Is you dog an English Bulldog? Hey – thanks for dropping by today. Have a wonderful holiday!
